ACCOMMODATION TERMS / DISTILLERY MANAGER’S HOUSE
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Reservations can be made by email at info@trahteeri.com or via the Airbnb platform. By making a reservation, the customer accepts these booking terms and the reservation becomes binding. A booking confirmation will always be sent to the customer.
2. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
The customer may cancel their reservation more than 7 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, the total price will be charged. Note: For reservations made through Airbnb, the cancellation policy of that booking channel applies.
3. CANCELLATION BY THE HOST
Koskenkorvan Trahteeri Oy has the right to cancel or interrupt the accommodation in case of force majeure, such as fire, power outage, natural disaster, official order, strike, or other comparable unforeseen event beyond the host’s control that prevents or significantly hinders the provision of accommodation. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer, or if the stay is interrupted, the unused portion of the payment will be refunded.
4. STAYING AT THE DISTILLERY MANAGER’S HOUSE
* The maximum occupancy of the Distillery Manager’s House is strictly 10 persons due to fire safety regulations.
* Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
* Check-in starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. Exceptions may be possible if agreed in advance and subject to availability
* Pets are not allowed.
* During the stay or visit, the customer is responsible for their own actions and must ensure that their personal, accident, and property insurance is valid. Children are the responsibility of their guardians.
* The customer is liable for any damage caused to the house or its furnishings.
* The indoor areas and balcony of the Factory Manager’s House are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas in the yard.
